Your Guestroom Awaits You

Ok, it's a little bare as yet, needs some art, lamps, a couple more carpets, a coffe maker and a little fridge, but the bones are there:

It's a loverly shower, and the light fixtures are nice:

Hey! Who asked them in?

Sunday in siestaland:

Dinner was these beautiful-looking scallops and shrimp. Shrimp were good, scallops were terrible!! Chewy and tasteless. Oh well...

We served them with this coriander cream that we based on Blue Marlin's (Restaurant in Old Port). Not as good as theirs, but good!

I told Dan about the guest room. I said it's a little bare and there's a man and a dog on our bed...
He said to tell you that the man and the dog have to go, but the little bear can stay.

hahahaaa.. did you see the bear that went into a Subway restarant in BC, sniffed around, and left? That's the way I feel about subway.

I have discovered Mexican yogurt, which is thick, creamy and just a little sweet, very much like Greek yogurt. I also have discovered honey pineapple, which is sweeter and less acidic than the pineapple I've had before. Guess what's for breakfast?

Isn't Mexican yogurt great!!!!! We practically lived on it when we were there. Have you tried the coconut?

Just the plain, but I'm hooked! I'll keep an eye out for the coconut.
